Clear cache in Internet Explorer
To delete browser cache in Internet Explorer 11, click the gear at the top right, or press Alt + X
Click on Safety and Delete Browser History. Check off all the boxes except for Temporary Internet Files and click Delete.
To delete browser cache in Internet Explorer 8 or 9,
Click on Tools,
Delete Browsing History, and then check off all the boxes except for Temporary Internet Files and click Delete.
Delete cache in Mozilla Firefox
To clear cache in Firefox 5.0, 6.0, and other versions,
click on Tools, Clear Recent History. Check off all except for Cache. Change the time range to Everything, and click Clear Now.

To clear cache in Google Chrome, click the wrench at the top right.
Go down to Tools, Clear Browsing Data. Check off all except for Empty the Cache. Change time to The Beginning of Time, and click Clear Browsing Data.

click Settings, Delete Private Data. Click on Detailed Options, check off all except for Delete Entire Cache, and click Delete.
To clear browser cache in SeaMonkey,
click Edit, Preferences, Privacy, and Security. Check off all except for Cache. Click Clear Now. Check off all except for Cache again. Click Clear Private Data and then click OK.
